Storage & Handling - Refrigerate at 36–40°F. Do not seal in plastic; asparagus needs airflow to stay crisp.
For extended freshness, store upright in a shallow pan with ½ inch of water, loosely covered.
Use within 3–5 days of delivery for peak flavor and texture.
Trim woody ends just before cooking, and peel lower stalks if extra fibrous.
